Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the performance of your order.
The controller processes your identification and contact details, as well as data necessary for contract performance.
III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
the performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (particularly for sending business communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
your consent to processing for the purposes of direct marketing (particularly for sending business communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if no goods or services have been ordered.
The purpose of processing personal data is:
to process your order and exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; personal data required for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact details) are necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without which the contract cannot be concluded or performed by the controller,
to send business communications and perform other marketing activities.
The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making as referred to in Article 22 GDPR. Such processing only takes place with your explicit consent.
IV. Duration of Data Retention
The controller retains personal data:
for the time necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to enforce claims from these contractual relationships (for 15 years after the termination of the contractual relationship),
until consent to processing for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than … years if personal data is processed based on consent.
After the retention period expires, the controller deletes the personal data.
V. Recipients of Personal Data (Controller’s Subcontractors)
Recipients of personal data are persons who:
are involved in the delivery of goods/services or the execution of payments under the contract,
provide services related to the operation of an e-shop and related services,
provide marketing services.
The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization.

VI. Your Rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:
the right to access your personal data under Article 15 GDPR,
the right to rectification of personal data under Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR,
the right to erasure of personal data under Article 17 GDPR,
the right to object to processing under Article 21 GDPR,
the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR,
the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the controller's address or email specified in Article III of these terms. You can withdraw your consent at any time in your customer account.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe your right to data protection has been violated.
VII. Personal Data Security Measures
The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form, including secure/encrypted website access, encryption of customer passwords in the database, regular system updates, and regular system backups.
The controller declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.
VIII. Final Provisions
By submitting an order through the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
